Ordering and Payment 

1.What is your change/cancellation?

If at any time during the creation process (pre-shipping), you would like to cancel your order, we will immediately refund your payment. Refunds Before Shipping(Refund 60% of the order amount + shipping fee).Refund after seeing the finished product(support a refund of 30% of the order amount + shipping fee).

If we sent the wrong order or item(s), or you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective. Please submit a support ticket and attach some clear photos of the items that could present a quality issue, we will offer you a full/partial refund or exchange service.

Product Questions

1. How soon can I get my bobblehead?

The estimated arrival time of our products includes our engraving time and transportation time, the standard arrival time is generally 18-28 working days, the faster arrival time is generally 8-15 working days, faster Delivery Time 7-11 working days, in order to receive more satisfactory products, we recommend you to advance custom, in the production process please confirm the carving model immediately.
Please note that late replies and multiple model modifications may affect product delivery times.
2. How to take good photos?
First of all, make sure there is bright light to see the details of your loved one's face, too dark light will make it difficult for the sculptor to fill in the details, second, the photo angle must be pure and positive, face angle do not look up or down, half side of the picture will also affect the sculptor's judgment of your face details. Again, the picture taken must be a high-definition magnification of the photo is not blurred.
3.Can I see my product appearance certificate?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide pre-order documentation. Due to the highly personalized nature of the product, the sculptor will tailor it to the information and requirements you provide, hair and body through the mail to show you one by one and confirm.
4.What is a standard body? What is 100% custom?
The standard body is the body style that you choose in the product picture, you can personalize change the body color, match with your personalization head, 100% customization is all according to the photos and requirements that you provide, this includes faces, clothing, and movement, so a 100% customized look is even more amazing.
5. Bobblehead specifications
In our online design process, bobbleheads come in sizes of 6 inches, 7 inches, 8 inches, and 9 inches. We can also customize other sizes for you, please use crazybobblegifts@outlook.com mail contact us.
6.What's proofreading?
We will send you a preview photo of your bobblehead during the creation phase, you can suggest us to modify our artist after you see these proofs, however, responding late to our emails or a few change requests will definitely add extra carving time.
7.Is bobblehead 3D printed or hand-carved?
3D printing could theoretically be used to make highly similar dolls. However, this will require a full face/body scan at the manufacturer's facilities. The process of 3D printing from photographs is not superior to manual engraving because the photographs do not provide enough detail for these machines. So bobblehead only uses the most talented artists on the planet to create your dolls. Human artists can provide an artistic touch to the creative process, even using imperfect photographs, while still ensuring a great result!
8.Will my bobblehead look exactly like the picture?
Bobbleheads are also known as 3D cartoons. This means the doll will resemble the person in the photo, but have a slight cartoon effect, which is usually added by the artist. This cartoon effect is what makes this product so popular as a surprisingly fun and unusual gift. It is not always possible to accurately reproduce a person's facial features because photographs sometimes fail to capture a person's true facial features. However, our artists will create your statue with a very high degree of similarity.
9.What kind of materials do bobbleheads use?

We use a type of nontoxic, polychrome and transformable material named polymer clay, which can make your bobble head very colorful and alive-looking. We do not need paint the custom bobblehead the colour won't fade away and rub off. Many other supplier use cheap poly resin to make the bobblehead, and they paint it head-to-toe, which make it very crude. 10.What is your change/cancel policy?

For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the molding and shaping has started. To cancel or change it, please check our return policy.

11.Where can I find the prices for large orders?

12.Can I change the destination country in my order?

Yes, before we ship your bobbleheads you can change your address. Please contact us as soon as you can.

Yes, we offer low shipping rates worldwide. There are no extra fees for the shipping of our products to any worldwide location! Many of our customers purchase our custom bobblehead as gifts, often for family and friends who are living abroad. Our flat rate shipping provides a great way to save on such international deliveries.

2. Can I change the destination country on my order?

After placing your order, you may not change your shipping from domestic to international and vice versa

3.Do you ship internationnally?

We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.
